1. Service Description

ClawBot Lab ("the Service") is a listing pipeline system that identifies seller opportunities from public records, enriches them with contact information, and delivers them to licensed real estate agents ("Subscribers") within their claimed territory.

2. Territory Exclusivity

Each zip code territory is assigned to one agent at a time. Your territory remains exclusively yours as long as your subscription is active and in good standing. If your subscription is cancelled or payment fails after a grace period, the territory may be released and made available to other agents.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on lead quality
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. SMS Notifications

Program Name: ClawBot Lab Pipeline Alerts

Description: By subscribing and providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ClawBot Lab, including new seller opportunity alerts, daily pipeline updates, lead status notifications, and account notifications.

Message Frequency: Varies. Typically 1-5 messages per day depending on territory activity.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message. This will not cancel your subscription or dashboard access.

Opt-In: Reply START to re-subscribe to SMS notifications.

5. Lead Data and Accuracy

Seller opportunities are sourced from public records and enriched through licensed data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all contact information is current or that every opportunity will result in a listing. Lead data is provided "as-is" based on the most recent public records available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Comply with the Fair Housing Act and all anti-discrimination laws
• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) when contacting leads
• Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act for email communications
• Not resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. No Guarantee of Results

ClawBot Lab provides seller opportunities and pipeline tools. We do not guarantee any specific number of listings, closings, or revenue. Your results depend on your follow-up, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The ClawBot Lab platform, including its design, technology, and branding, is owned by ClawBot Lab. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClawBot Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of lead data. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
